Job Duties:
· Prepares and portions foods according to established recipes.
· Ensures compliance with food safety regulations.
· Lead kitchen staff in all aspects of food and dining services.
· Oversee all aspects of food preparation.
· Ensure palatability, presentation, and resident satisfaction.
· Follow portion controls as dictated by menus and requirements.
· Complete required paperwork for quality of food and services.
· Maintain cleanliness in kitchen and dining areas.
· Follows assigned break schedules; work weekends, evenings and holidays are required.
· Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Minimum Requirements:
· High School Diploma or GED required
· Serve Safe Certification
· Prior culinary and/or food service experience required
Physical Requirements:
· Prolonged periods standing and walking.
· Must be able to access and navigate all areas.
· Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
· May be required work in excessive heat and cold in association with the kitchen environmen
