Open Date 11/26/2024 Division Pier B Resort Category Restaurant Department Position Cook Description KITCHEN COMMISSION:An additional 3% of Silos F&B sales is added to your paycheck. This averages well above an additional $3 an hour to your hourly wageSummary:Prepares food that results in high quality of taste and appearance to satisfy guests and maximize food revenues.Duties/Tasks:Prepares meals in accordance with the portion and quality standards specified in recipes or as otherwise designated by servers within policy; controls food usage to minimize waste.Prepares the next day's work on a daily basis.Advises supervisor oflow inventory items; assists in receiving items and taking inventory as required. Maintains sanitation and cleanliness standards in the kitchen area that meet or exceed the state and local Health Board requirementsReports all unsafe or malfunctioning equipment to supervisor.May assist by performing ware washer or other kitchen duties as needed.Pay RangeExempt/Non-Exempt Non-Exempt Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time and/or Part-Time EOE Statement We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
