Job Description Cook - Monroe - Per-diem - $22.50 hourly rate - The areas highest quality nursing care residence providing a warm and compassionate homelike environment in a state-of-the-art community - 11:00am -7:00pm - Minimum of (2) two shifts monthly as needed - The Cook will support the Lead Cook in daily cooking operations. - Three years commercial cooking preferably in a healthcare industry
- Completion of a culinary course preferred
- ServSafe Certified
- Documented education of regulatory standards, preferred, i.e., Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA); State Health Care Facilities Licensing laws; city or local codes, including fire, safety, and food service sanitation codes; Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP); courses in management and supervision
- Flu vaccine required, or receive an exemption prior to employment
- Covid-19 vaccination documentation will be requested for reporting purposes.
