Responsibilities:
- Daily cleaning of food service equipment
- SNF experience is preferred
- May work in dishwashing or food service unit
- Perform food preparation tasks as assigned
- Assists in tray service, portioning and assembling of trays
- May transport carts to floors
- Responsible for sanitary handling of dishes, equipment and food
- Responsible for cleanliness of assigned area
- Other tasks as assigned by Dept Head
