**Summary**
The purpose of a Shipping Cooler Rack Loader is to move product onto the cooler racks and adequately scan product into the system.
**Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
+ Place product into the cooler racking system for storage.
+ Insure product is scanned each time movements are made.
+ Perform other duties and responsibilities as directed by supervisor.
+ Adhere to all safety requirements including PPE, preventing and reporting unsafe acts and conditions, Lockout-Tagout procedures and Process Safety Management related matters.
**Minimum Education**
Strong reading, writing, analytical, communication and math skills required. A High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
**Experience Requirements**
Forklift Operator License.
**Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements**
+ When in a plant environment: Exposure primarily consists of wet and moist floors which include metal and plastic grating surfaces.
+ May be exposed to temperatures of 32 degrees to 40 degrees Fahrenheit and ambient dampness.
+ May handle product 25 degrees to 50 degrees Fahrenheit.
+ May be exposed to noise ranges of 20 db to 84.9 db.
+ Must wear and use protective and safety equipment required for the job as directed by the Company.
+ Able to stand for several hours.
+ Work may include lifting between 60 to 80 lbs with 1 to 3 repetitions per minute.
+ Position requires reaching, bending, pushing boxes on conveyor assembly.
+ Must be able to properly operate a forklift.
+ Maybe exposed to light intensity levels of 50 to 75 ft candles.
