About the Role:As a Cooler Supervisor in our Manufacturing plant, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the cooler department. Your main objective will be to ensure that all products are stored and transported in a safe and efficient manner, while maintaining the highest level of quality standards. You will be leading a team of cooler operators and working closely with other departments to ensure smooth production flow. You will report to the Cooler Manager.Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Experience in the food and beverage industry
- Experience with SAP or other inventory management systems
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
