Job Summary and QualificationsThe Clinical Coordinator organizes, coordinates, and facilitates patient care assignments in his/her department/unit for all operating hours. The Clinical Coordinator performs delegated management duties assigned by Respiratory Manager/Director, which are consistent with his/her scope of practice and competence. The Clinical Coordinator demonstrates an understanding of the budget process and staffing plan, implementing cost-effective strategies in staffing and supply management decisions. Performs all duties outlined in the job description of Respiratory Therapist. She/he participates in interviewing, monitoring, coaching, evaluating and disciplining processes. The Clinical Coordinator supports the mission, vision, values, goals, and objectives of Health One/HCA organizations.
