Key Responsibilities
- Help families access support & resources
- Coordinate appointments (medical, educational, etc.)
- Manage schedules & transportation
- Facilitate daily routines & activities
- Maintain detailed progress notes
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in human services or 3 years of experience in the developmental disabilities field
- Management experience
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving skills & composure under pressure
- Understanding of developmental disabilities (Required)
- Strong commitment to confidentiality
- Must speak Spanish fluently (reading, writing, & speaking)
- Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, & car insurance
- Pass a background check
