Bilingual

Full Time Flexible Schedules Available

7:00 am – 3:00 pm & 3:00 pm -10:00 pm Saturday through Sunday

A Call Center Representative performs a wide range of clerical functions specifically related to areas such as reception, answering telephones, distributing messages, and assisting the various departments within the agency.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bilingual
  • Prior call center experience
  • Experience responding to a high call volume in real-time
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to define problems and tasks, collect data and establish facts, take action and facilitate resolve
  • Ability to perform various computer functions for information concerning patient and aide scheduling and coordination

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school graduate; some college credit preferred
  • Experience in customer service, reception, or other work-related experience, preferably within the health care services industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • HHA Exchange experience a BIG PLUS
  • Investigative ability, highly organized, self-motivated, takes initiative, excellent written and verbal communication and analytical critical thinking skills
