In order to be considered for this role, after clicking Apply Now above and being redirected, you must fully complete the application process on the follow-up screen.Coordinator, Box Office & Stadium Event Ticket OperationsDepartment: Ticket OperationsDirect Supervisor: Senior Manager, Ticket Operations Status: Full-time Summary: The Coordinator, Box Office & Stadium Event Ticket Operations is responsible for assisting the Senior Manager, Ticket Operations with all ticket operations related to concerts, international soccer, and any other live events occurring at Hard Rock Stadium. The focus of this position is to manage all aspects of box office staffing, and coordinate event creation and management in collaboration with event promoters. This role will help establish and implement key operational elements of the Box Office and assist in order processing and financial reporting for all events. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, have a strong service background and a good understanding of Box Office Operations, including staff management/scheduling, customer service, Ticketmaster Host/EMT, Microsoft CRM, accounting, Microsoft Excel, TMOne tools and a strong understanding and experience with event promoters. Location: This is a full-time position based on site at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, FL Responsibilities:
  • Maintain availability and determine schedules of all Ticket Office Representatives for event days and weekly hours of operation.
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard new Ticket Office Representatives across all events for Hard Rock Stadium.
  • Assist with ticket office staff payroll.
  • Work closely with promoters of events like Jazz in the Gardens Music Fest, Orange Blossom Classic, and the Orange Bowl to determine inventory hold locations and make inventory changes and adjustments as needed.
  • Assist with event creation and management of all concert tours, international soccer and live events taking place at Hard Rock Stadium.
  • Check all event offers and presales to make sure proper protocol is followed so the end user experience is seamless.
  • Creates and manages weekly reporting schedule; adjusts reporting frequency depending on the tour and report needs for senior management regarding ticket sales & inventory
  • Coordinate event day ticket operations, including managing promoter needs, customer service, will call and walk-up ticket sales
  • Provides Box Office administrative and customer service support as needed.
  • Internal event ticket request fulfillment & distribution.
  • Coordinate design, ordering and distribution of ticket stock and will call envelopes.
  • Provide exceptional service to both guests and internal team members
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • 2-3 year's experience as a box office manager or supervisor.
  • Experience managing and recruiting a part-time staff team.
  • Strong Knowledge of Ticketmaster Host software required.
  • Knowledge of other ticketing software, specifically Event Management Tool (EMT), Archtics and TMOne tools.
  • Strong knowledge of ticket office operations.
  • College/University Degree or comparable work experience.
  • Demonstrated results producer with excellent project management and resourceful problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to provide engaging leadership to motivate and develop event ticket office staff.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service and ability to engage in positive interaction with staff and guests.
  • Ability to multi-task daily, be organized, detail oriented and desire to succeed.
  • Ability to forecast issues and can handle last minute projects to meet strict deadlines.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, based on the needs of business operations.
  • Experience working in a stadium /arena or large-scale event management.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
