Job Description:

The American Academy of Dermatology is seeking a Coordinator, Camp Discovery Operations located in our Rosemont IL office responsible for implementing, maintaining and supporting the integration of standard operating procedures (SOP) for infrastructure, systems/programs for camper/volunteer registration, camper/volunteer data, camper/volunteer overall user experience working closely with IT department as well as providing administrative and program support for Camp logistics.

Responsibilities:

* Work with Senior Manager, Community Outreach along with the IT department to

coordinate, integrate and implement internal and external facing systems for Camp Discovery.

* Execute internal system changes for data keeping and sharing for Camp Discovery staff, including databases for incoming camper referrals, camper registration, camper and volunteer inquiries and satisfaction surveys.

* Support external facing process improvements for user experience, members and camper families including member process for referring patients to camp, families accessing information about camp registering for camp.

* Administer and monitor technology improvements for camp weeks, such as medical record keeping on site, photo sharing for families, etc.

* Provide continuous improvement recommendations for Camp Discovery operations and systems, staying up to date in latest system improvements/upgrades available to continually refresh and streamline SOP infrastructure components aligned with expansion of camp.

* Provide program administrative and logistical support for Camp Operations.

Requirements:

* Minimum of Associate's degree or related experience in operational systems. Two years working in program operations preferred.
