Additionally, GMG has an expansive experiential arm rooted in Gallery Houses-a fusion of social content, creators and cultural moments at scale-as well as a robust influencer marketing business.The company was founded in 2010 by CEO, Ryan Harwood and is now part of VaynerX, the Gary Vaynerchuk-owned holding company.The Coordinator, Campaign Management & Operations is a cross-functional role that will support the Client Services & Insights team on a variety of projects. This person will take ownership over our internal filing systems and will assist in campaign related tasks such as drafting various documents, managing contract signatures and daily campaign maintenance and tracking. This role is a great opportunity to gain experience at a premium digital media company and wear many hats to support a growing team.Primary responsibilities include:Maintain internal filing systems to ensure proper record-keeping in accordance with established proceduresWork closely with business leads to draft various documents including campaign SOW's, NDA's and related agreements across topics such as: Media, Content Development, Influencer Marketing/Talent, etc.Maintain an efficient system to manage all signature requests and ensure timely turnaroundSupport Client Services & Insights team in daily campaign maintenance such as: assisting with inventory availability requests, completing ad specs and media plan templates, OMS data entries & QA, daily reporting needs, etc.Assist in the creation of end of campaign wrap up reports including: Collecting data from various marketing channels and tools to evaluate campaign performance and derive actionable insights. Compiling actionable insights and wrap reports, summarizing key metrics and campaign outcomes. Conducting thorough reviews and validation of data to ensure accuracy and consistency in all data requestsImplement operational procedures or processes provided by Client Services team leadsSupport the Client Services & Insights team with timely ad-hoc requests as they ariseQualifications and Expectations:BA/BS degree or equivalentMinimum 1 year experience in digital media industry Knowledge of the media industry and understanding of our digital media initiatives, platforms, products and services. Exceptional written and verbal communication skillsExceptional initiative and meticulous attention to detail and follow through skillsProven ability to manage a high-volume of high-touch request while paying strict attention to detail in a deadline-driven environmentExcellent MS Excel skills, and know your way around other MS Office products (Word, Powerpoint)Extremely detail-orientedEffective and creative problem solving and decision making skillsPositive attitude, and a genuine interest in working in a start-up environment and wearing multiple hats as neededYou thrive in a dynamic, collaborative, high-energy environment where you're continuously solving problems creatively and analyticallyLocation: New York (hybrid)Unsure if you meet the qualifications?
