The Coordinator will manage systems for creating and maintaining courses through collaboration with CE colleagues, ensuring accuracy of course data across multiple platforms. General responsibilities include but are not limited to
- Set up and maintain open enrollment courses in PeopleSoft and Modern Campus' Lumens software. Collaborate with Analysts regarding class cancellations, additions, and logistical changes to ensure accuracy in PeopleSoft and Lumens.
- Set up Customized Training courses in PeopleSoft based on requirements of individual agreements. Track classes and enrollment, issue certificates of completion and ensure registration and class packet assembly and delivery is completed.
- Manage the publication and maintenance of open enrollment courses to the CE registration website.
- Maintain class records and rosters.
- Generate reports to support the development of program booklets and marketing materials.
- Generate documentation for HR and Payroll each programming cycle, initiating bi-weekly verification to ensure accurate payments to instructors.
- Monitor cross-departmental processes and recommend improvements to enhance effectiveness.
- Maintain access of highly confidential student records in accordance with Family Rights and Privacy Act.
Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently, and function professionally under pressure
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a team member. Ability to interact effectively with a variety of employees, students, and public, including individuals of diverse ages, cultures, and socio-economic backgrounds
- Proficiency or familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
