Job Description:
Job Title: CRM Coordinator JOB PURPOSE: The CRM Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the CRM department's mission with emphasis on the gifting program. The individual will partner closely with collaborators from Retail Communications, Training,E-commerce, CSC, Merchandising, IT, Events, PR, and the Central CRM team. TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: GIFTS
  • Work with Central CRM, and the Latin America team, to order gifts according to celebration and needs
  • Build and manage client nomination process for local celebration gifts
  • Supervise all orders, invoices and shipments
  • Build communication materials related to gifting project for stores and corporate partners
  • Connect with retail and corporate partners on gift updates and actions to complete
  • Establish timeline and supervise all actions for all moments related to gifting
  • Partner with the CSC team to coordinate gifting for ecommerce clients
  • Liaise with the warehouse team to provide directions for timely distribution of gifts
  • Handle all applications related to facilitating gifts
  • Partner with the Logistics team to ensure gift shipments are on track and needed paperwork for importation is secured
  • Connect with vendors when needed to place orders and track shipments
OTHER SUPPORT
  • Support the management of department's full program by running and updating the calendar
  • Help and maintain department's budget by using systems and tracker and approving invoices
  • Assist with support documents during annual budget planning
  • Support with reporting as necessary and requested
  • Support CRM departments mission by assisting in clienteling initiatives and developing materials as needed

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in a relevant position in CRM/Marketing/Ecommerce
  • Experience crafting support materials used in presentations
  • Experience working with client data, understanding KPIs
  • Knowledge of current standard processes in the industry
  • Experience is luxury retail a plus
Experience with Salesforce, SQL, Adobe, Google Analytics a plus },{ title : Additional information , content : The selected candidate will be offered a salary within the range of $70,000 - $78,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility. The salary offered will be dependent upon the candidate's relevant skills and experience.
