Summary100% remote in IL or WI market, hybrid if candidate desiresThe Coordinator-Grants manages the ongoing process of identifying, assessing and prioritizing funding needs that would be appropriate for public, private, corporate, industry or government grant support. This role prepares complete and compelling applications and proposals to secure grant funding; ensures the proper disbursement of grant payments, as well as the completion and submission of post-award reports; and successfully maintains positive relationships with and between grant recipients and funders.QualificationsEducation QualificationsBachelor's degree in business, communications, philanthropic studies, or a related field is required.High school diploma or equivalent plus five years of experience in grant writing, philanthropy, fundraising, business or communications many be considered in lieu of degree.Experience Qualifications3-5 years of grant-specific fundraising experience is required.Certifications, Licenses and RegistrationsN/AOverviewThroughout communities in Illinois and Wisconsin, 13 hospitals, numerous community-based health centers and clinics, our 13,000+ colleagues have built a culture based on our solid core values of respect, care, competence, and joy.
