Job Description:

The Coordinator, HR Information Systems plays a vital role in ensuring the seamless administration of HR information systems, optimizing processes, and facilitating data-driven decision-making. By acting as a key liaison and support resource, they enhance organizational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

* Manages the day-to-day operation of the HRIS, including data entry, system updates, and troubleshooting user issues.

* Ensures the accuracy and integrity of HR data by conducting regular audits and implementing corrective actions as needed

* Collaborates with HR team members to identify system enhancement opportunities and streamline HR processes

* Develop and maintain HRIS documentation, including user guides, process workflows, and training materials

* Runs existing system reports and analytics to support HR and business objectives

* Serves as the primary point of contact for basic-intermediate HRIS-related inquiries and provide technical support to users as needed.

* Assists with system implementations, upgrades, and integrations, including data migration and testing

* Participates in cross-functional projects and initiatives

* Supports compliance audits and activities

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or experience in lieu of

* Minimum of one year experience working with HRIS platforms such as UKG, Workday, ADP

* Proficient in Microsoft Excel

* Solid understanding of HR processes, policies, and compliance requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

* Professional certifications such as SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CEBS or similar credentials.

* Multi-country experience
