Job Description:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESâ ¢ Executes tasks and provides support to maintenance management related to Maximo and/or SAP PM, a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).â ¢ Willingness to learn tasks and execution within CMMS system.â ¢ Management of the Raritan SAP PM/MAXIMO database.â ¢ Ordering parts and items for Engineering as needed.â ¢ Work closely with the vendors for their ordering system and ongoing support.â ¢ Track inventory and provide reporting related to supplies and stockrooms.â ¢ Manage uniforms and lockers program for site employees.â ¢ Work closely with the employees and associated vendors.ADDITIONAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIESâ ¢ Support Maintenance and Engineering projects, EHS, and process improvement projects.â ¢ Collaborate with multiple departments such as Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, EHS, Quality, and Warehouse on a regular basis.â ¢ Gowning (protective clothing and safety equipment) for manufacturing spaces worn, as required.â ¢ Ability to work in bio-hazard areas and clean rooms.â ¢ Working conditions include sitting, standing, walking, lifting, climbing stepstools, working with hands in cramped or awkward positions.
