Job Description:

We are looking for a College Sports Team Coordinator for a top media company in New York, New York.

Responsibilities:

  • Development of key sales materials across the College Sports portfolio, inclusive of sales positioning, multimedia opportunities, and addressable opportunities
  • Development and maintenance of various asset and pitch tracking grids for the assigned properties to ensure proper allocation for each program and all digital/social sponsorships
  • Scheduling and booking on air and digital/social sponsorships across College Sports programming, including live events, studio shows, and digital/social handles
  • Providing support to the College Sports team in response to sales RFP's, through building custom decks and other sales collateral
  • Other assigned duties supporting the College Sports team such as recap emails and meeting notes

Required Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of relevant sales coordinator experience
  • Experience in sports entertainment, ad agency/sales experience would be helpful
  • Subject matter interest in sports entertainment ad sales
  • Comfortable with Google Docs, Google Drive, etc.
  • Exceptional communication and organization skills
