The ideal candidate for this role is required to have a bachelor's degree or equivalent, along with a minimum of one year of experience in a logistics management role, preferably within the luxury jewelry or watch industry. Strong proficiency in working with systems and figures, as well as expertise in Microsoft Excel, is essential. Prior knowledge of SAP is a plus, along with fluency in French. Additionally, excellent organizational and communication skills, coupled with excellent interpersonal skills and a service-oriented attitude, are vital qualifications for this position.

What are we expecting from you?

The Logistics Coordinator will report to the Manager, Workshop Operations and be based in New York.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage the packing/unpacking of all finished goods, repairs, and spare parts including domestic and international shipping as required.
  • Responsible for the packing, unpacking, reception, and shipment of all parcels related to the workshop, including domestic and international shipping as required.
  • Preparation of all shipping forms, FedEx, IBI, and Malca-Amit.
  • Registration of Home Collect Service & wholesale repair notifications and process SAP system transfers for the movement of stock repairs between sites and storage locations.
  • Manage the physical flow of all quality control in and out of the workshop including repair registration, stock movements as necessary.

    Expected Salary Range: $60K-$65K/yearly
