SummaryParticipates in the development, coordination, planning and operational administration of the Medical Staff, Allied Health Professional Staff and Independent Clinical Professional Staff appointment/privileging/reappointment processes. Provides general administrative support to the organizedMedical Staff in this regard. Reports to the Assistant Administrator. Performs other duties as assigned.Responsibilities* Coordinates and supports the medical staff with regard to appointment and privilegingto ensure that only qualified practioners provide care in the hospital.* Coordinates and supports the allied health professionals and independent clinical professional staff with regard to privileges.* Works to achieve regulatory compliance.* Completes assigned goals.Requirements, Preferences and ExperienceEducationMinimum: Skill in communicating clearly and effectively using standard English in written, oral and verbal format to achieve high productivity and efficiency.
