The postion works with the Assistant Director of Leadership Development in creating the leadership development vision for UNCW students. The coordinator supervises a graduate assistant and a team of undergraduate student leadership educators who plan leadership development programs and facilitate workshops and small groups for peers. The position plans and executes leadership development programs grounded in leadership theories and philosophies to include but not limited to: Emotionally Intelligent Leadership, Student Leadership Challenge, CliftonStrengths, and Social Change Model.
