• Lead and direct activities related to maintenance operations of residence halls and apartments
• Provide supervision guidance, development and training for staff
• Identify and develop cost saving initiatives
• Plan and implement short and long term goals
• Knowledge of HVAC equipment, residential and commercial, plumbing systems, electrical systems, construction processes.
• Knowledge of Metasys, or other BMS

Examples of Work Performed

• Daily, weekly, monthly inspections of equipment and services within the campus housing.
• Weekly monitoring of work order requests and completion.
• Researching and recommending parts to support critical equipment and systems.
• Cultivating and sustaining partnerships with campus and external partners.
• Directs the maintenance staff providing indirect supervision and training.

Manages staff and provides guidance for maintenance on facilities.

Ensures staff and facilities users adhere to organizational policies and procedures.

Collaborate with leadership on the budgeting for facilities needs.

Minimum Education/ExperienceEducation: Bachelor's DegreeExperience: (3) Three Years Experience including Supervisory ExperiencePreferred QualificationsPreferred Qualifications- Bachelor Degree; 5 years of experience related to job duties; experience with Building Management Software; supervisory experience.For full consideration, please include a resume and cover letter with 3 professional references with your application.
