Summary:
The Coordinator, Partnership Events position is a proactive problem solver, possessing a strong work ethic and an ability to work all Arizona Cardinals home games, long hours, irregular schedules, weekend, early morning, late-night and holiday work assignments are the norm. This position is part of the Corporate Partnerships Department. Experience dealing with clients or account management is preferred. A good attitude and a commitment to teamwork is a must.
Primary Job Duties:
The Coordinator, Partnership Events role will have daily responsibilities including, without limitation, to the following:
* Manage the planning and executing of Partnership Marketing events alongside the Partnership Marketing team.
* Manage partner fulfillment events, including private partner events and co-branded community initiatives at various locations.
* Manage and execute Partnership Marketing community events, stadium and facility events including but not limited to Employee Combines, community Kid's Camps, Fantasy Football, Partner Engagement, etc.
* Provide oversight for pre-game partners hospitality and activations at Cardinals home games and other events.
* Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution.
* Develop an event recap strategy to work with internal stakeholders to schedule and capture content, photography, video at each event to provide partner with proof of performance.
* Brainstorm and collaborate with departments enhancing partnership events and strategies.
* Manage cheerleader/Big Red partnership contractual obligations throughout the season by scheduling, fulfilling, and attending when applicable.
* Manage the planning of corporate partner road trips alongside the Partnership Marketing team to execute a high-level experience to fulfill partner obligations.
* Coordinate and execute fly-away trips for promotional winners through partner contractual obligations.
* Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements:
* Education: A bachelor's degree in marketing, management, or communications, or equivalent experience
* Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of client account management or event marketing experience preferred
* Ability to maintain confidential and/or proprietary information.
* Decision making capabilities with respect to duties and responsibilities of the position.
* Ability to self-motivate and think innovatively.
* Ability and internal drive to demonstrate a winning attitude and a strong work ethic in the performance of all job responsibilities.
* Skills in client service or account management with an emphasis in professional sports team or with an advertising agency.
* Strong understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Power Point, Word, and CRM.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong understanding of client service, marketing and sports and event sponsorship programs.
* Strong time management and organizational skills.
* Ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines.
* Self-motivated and able to work independently.
* Demonstrate flexibility and creative problem-solving skills.
* Ability to develop outstanding internal and external business relationships.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; hours may vary depending on business needs.
* Must complete all pre-employment forms and successfully pass a background check.
