The creativity, innovation, and passion our teams of people around the globe bring every day have made New Era what it is today.Apply to join New Era's team!The role of Coordinator, Product Line is to assist in the development and creation of compelling product solutions and work cross-departmentally to coordinate all go-to-make efforts.ResponsibilitiesCommunicate externally with company Sales Representatives and Account Buyers to convey timely project updates, gather specific go-forward information, and help see tasks through to completionDevelop and own organizational tools for product launch initiativesWork collaboratively with internal departments and external partners to ensure timely execution of all go-to-market deliverablesParticipate as necessary in product reviews with marketplace insights and historical data to achieve optimal product assortmentsAnalyze business trends and run reports through SAP/BI regularly to determine SKU productivity and overall program/customs ROIMaintain timely and accurate product information within Product Lifecyle Management (PLM) systemsEngage global product teams to communicate strategies, assortments, updates, etc.Maintain and organize product samples across various projectsKeep all sensitive matters confidentialOther duties as assignedKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesStrong computer skills; Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and the ability to learn and utilize new systemsExperience with SAP and PLM preferredAbility to establish relationships and interact with various levels within the organizationAbility to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and efficiently prioritize workday to maximize productivityStrong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionallyEnthusiastic, proactive, and positive person who adapts to change and with urgency and persistenceAbility to be innovative and creative when handling difficult business challengesCapable of collaboration with cross functional teamsCapable of identifying gaps and recommending additions to current product assortmentsStrong knowledge of licensed sports marketplace and consumerUnderstand product creation processes and systemsMust be able to lift and carry up to 10 lbsEducation and ExperienceOne (1) to Three (3) years of experience in product development or product management requiredBachelor's degree in Merchandising, Product Management, or related field; Relevant job experience in lieu degree will be consideredCustomer Service or Operations Management experience preferredTravel Requirement0% to 5%; domestic and/or globalThe salary range for this posted position is $50,500 - $56,500 (plus bonus & benefits) and pertains to candidates located in Western New York.
