Job Description

Hybrid Position Summary:

Provides administrative support to recruiters to expedite and facilitate candidate engagement. Plays a vital role within the Provider Recruitment team supporting the department through day-to-day administrative tasks, interview coordination and logistics, maintenance of the Workday applicant tracking system and candidate lead generation.

Read the overview of this opportunity to understand what skills, including and relevant soft skills and software package proficiencies, are required.Essential Job functions:* Creates and prepares candidate interviews related to scheduling and travel arrangements* Daily interaction with Provider Recruitment staff members, Physicians and Clinical Leadership coordinating interview schedules* Responsible for administrative documentation* Daily utilization of WorkDay*Answers and directs telephone calls appropriately* Tracks and updates status of interview and hiring process for all incoming physicians and APPs.* Acts as liaison between Provider Recruitment and other departments to communicate messages

*Types, formats, edits, and updates all new and existing documentation, procedures forms, letters, memos, charts, graphs, and schedules* Assists with overflow of recruitment activities as needed* Performs those duties / special projects which are required by the department* Provides support to Provider Recruitment staff

General Job functions:* Ensures all interviewers and interviewees have calendar invites, schedules and any additional documentation required* Creates, distributes, and collects all evaluation forms* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms, Calendar Administration, and Outlook* Strong critical thinking, time management, and problem-solving skills* Strong attention to detailPhysical Job Requirements:* Physical mobility, which includes movement from place to place on the job, taking distance and speed into account.* Physical agility, which includes ability to maneuver body while in place.* Dexterity of hands and fingers.* Endurance (e.g. continuous typing, prolonged standing/bending, walking).Environmental Risks:* Allergens: dust, mold and/or pollen* Combative Patients / VisitorsEducation, Certification, Computer and Training Requirements: - Bachelor's degree preferred, minimum of 2 years Administrative experience preferred, exercises initiative, judgment, and knowledge within scope of responsibilities of administrative, procedural, and details in day-to-day activity of the department required, strong written and verbal communication skills as well as interpersonal skills required.Travel:* All Business and Clinical locations as needed.* Job Fairs/Conferences
