POSITION SUMMARY: The Coordinator, Public Grants and Data provides support related to all public grants, including data collection and reporting. This includes monitoring data entry, helping in contractual compliance, assisting in coordinating and timely completion of program and statistical reports, assisting with grant revisions or renewals, and more. DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
- Track grants progress, monitor and help with input of required grant data into the tracking system, participate in the renewal processes for public grants
- Assist with generation of data for monthly, quarterly and annual program reports as required by each contract in collaboration with the Program Managers.
- Maintain online repository of relevant and up-to-date program information, including narrative and statistical information.
- Provide support in ensuring contractual obligations to funders are met, including timely submission of data and reports by Program Managers, monitoring of standards and practices, administrative and fiscal requirements, and contract compliance.
- In Collaboration with Director of Grants Administration, identify and follow up on fixing contractual issues with Program Managers and program teams.
- Administer and become proficient in CIRI's case management software, Apricot, maintain data collection forms, respond to changes in grantor requirements and recommend improvements.
- Assist with client survey data collection and analysis.
- Assist with any special projects related to grants management and data collection.
QUALIFICATIONS and SKILLS
- BA or BS in relevant field required (non-profit management, law, social work, international relations)
- Grant management experience, including federal and state grants - preferred.
- Solid organizational skills, including the ability to process detailed information accurately and efficiently and to meet non-negotiable deadlines.
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks, manage details, and produce results in a fast-paced, continually evolving, deadline-oriented workplace.
- Excellent writing and oral communication skills
- Proven interest in working with databases and presenting data
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience working with client databases, strong Excel knowledge
- Passion for CIRI's mission, knowledge of immigration and refugee community and support programs - helpful.
