We are seeking an experienced and talented Coordinator, Regional Operations (“ROC”) to join our team and help align and execute regional initiatives. The ROC is a key position within the regional operations team, designed to ensure operational excellence, strategic alignment, data-driven insights, and robust governance across all facets of the operation. This role involves close coordination with the Associate, Business Operations and the Manager, Regional Operations to integrate cutting-edge business intelligence and operational strategies that drive the company's growth and customer satisfaction.

This individual will report directly to the assigned Manager, Regional Operations of MPS.

The role is in-office, which is located in Austin, TX.

What You'll Do:

Operations and Customer Experience Support:

  • Work hand-in-hand with your Manager, Regional Operations to conduct day-to-day operational tasks for the branches under the purview of your region, which include but are not limited to the following:

  • Routing logistics
  • Supply chain initiatives, including Material Ordering and vendor relations.
  • Ensuring Real-Time Completion and Data Accuracy of Customer Reports
  • Payroll
  • Prioritized Assistance in Customer Support & Sales-Related Matters
  • Maintaining Fleet, Licenses, and Related Requirements
  • Coordination of Repairs and Maintenance of Vehicles and Equipment
  • Ensuring Corporate Risk Management Policies and Procedures are Followed, Reporting All Incidents in Compliance with Policies and Procedures
  • Manage and Coordinate Hiring and Training of Pest Experts and Branch Leaders
  • Continuing Education of Personnel
  • Personnel Safety Trainings
  • Personnel Operations & Sales Trainings to foster Customer-Centric Culture

  • Coordinate with the Customer Success Representatives to make real-time changes to schedule, routes, and the deployment of local resources to adapt to customer needs, including reschedules, emergency services, in-person customer touchpoints related to sales or saves, and other items such as inspections.

  • Facilitate the rollout of new corporate strategic initiatives and ensure their successful implementation at the regional level by setting clear objectives, timelines, and expected outcomes to all stakeholders.

  • Ensure seamless, clear, and concise communication throughout your region, inclusive of new firm strategic initiatives, daily KPI reporting, meeting facilitation, and other communications related duties.

Administrative Support Across Finance, Accounting, and Human Resources Functions:

  • Coordinate with your Manager, Regional Operations, Human Resources, and the Branch Leader to run an end-to-end new talent onboarding process as needed in your region, including:

  • Job postings
  • Candidate screenings
  • Interview setups
  • Calendar coordination with appropriate interviewers to setup interviews
  • Facilitate on-site, in-person interviews, as necessary
  • Coordinate with HR for offer letters, onboarding, hardware, software, and other new talent related tasks
  • Training administration and recordation

  • Facilitate, audit, and send on for approval all payroll entries at the appropriate firm intervals.

  • Human resources tool management, including updating with the proper approvals all titles, pay rates, etc. within our HR software (currently, Inova).

  • Coordinate with the Finance & Accounting Team as it relates to collections and other core accounting functions.

  • Purchase necessary local branch items.

  • Code expenses and coordinate with your accounting counterpart to ensure invoicing is occuring accurately and on-time and to the right point of contact.

Data, Technology, and Process Optimization

  • Oversee the day-to-day adoption and use of technological tools, including Google Workspace, FieldRoutes, and other software, to enhance operational efficiency and communication within the team.

  • Lead accountability efforts on the collection and integrity of data across all firm initiatives, including but not limited to in all customer interactions, and work with firm leadership to identify the potential for additional data to aid in the firm's mission.

  • Document and refine processes, including the potential for automation across all functions related to operations..

  • Facilitate comprehensive training programs for new and existing employees, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, a customer-centric mentality, being the best, data acquisition, data integrity, and reaching individual and corporate financial goals.

Who You Are:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.

  • At least 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating a successful track record in operational management and/or administration in a customer-focused service business.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effectively managing relationships with stakeholders at all levels, from field staff to senior executives.

  • Energized by administrative support, including by being a direct, individual contributor to many administrative tasks within the operation.

  • Some understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks applicable to the industry, with experience in implementing governance systems.
