SALESTitle:Coordinator - Sales/Client RetentionLocation : Youngstown OH, Canton, OH and some surrounding areas (specifics discussed at interview)Schedule:Monday - Friday 9am-5pm (varies)Pay Rate: 50k base + commission(structure discussed at interview)Benefits:Paid trainingFlexible ScheduleCareer advancement opportunitiesVeteran and First Responder FriendlyAFLAC Supplemental InsurancePaid fuelPTOUniform shirt(s)Responsibilities:The Sales Coordinator will be responsible and accountable for new revenue by conducting sales visits and focusing on our sales process to target profitable, recurring revenueMaximize existing client relationships to grow revenue by contract extensions, expanding services with affiliated properties, and annual rate increases to keep up with the growing labor wages and dynamic changes of the business.Maintain and develop a client and prospect database utilizing our proprietary CRM to assist with follow up and actively manage your sales pipeline.Follow our plan to identify all vertical targets (Apartments, Food Processing, Walmart, Supply Chain, hotels, Car dealership, contacts, and many more) to determine the market opportunities and execute on your sales accountabilities activities to generate new lead opportunities directly impacting revenue. Perform market research also includes competitors and current/past client analysis.Delivering presentations in front of small and large groups (i.g. training sessions, webinars, and conference calls)KPI responsibility and accountability: Net Revenue Growth, Revenue Per Owned Population, Same Customer Sales, Customer Retention, Daily Sales Outstanding, and A.R Over 90 daysHunt and Thrive:Lead Generation:Proactively self-generate leads through various channels, including door knocking, networking events, industry conferences, and direct outreach.Appointment Scheduling:Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients, introducers, and referral partners to discuss business opportunities.Referral Securing:Develop and maintain relationships to secure referrals and expand your network.Engage and Convert:Client Meetings:Meet with potential introducers, referral partners, and business owners to present the company's services and demonstrate value.Sales Goals:Drive growth and work towards achieving quarterly sales targets through strategic engagement and relationship-building.Conversion Strategies:Utilize persuasive communication and negotiation skills to convert leads into clients and secure new business.Lead the Charge:Sales Pipeline Management:Maintain and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-up and progression of leads through the sales process.High-Energy Culture:Thrive in a high-energy, target-focused environment by staying motivated, meeting deadlines, and adapting to dynamic market conditions.Performance Tracking:Regularly review and assess sales activities and outcomes to ensure alignment with business objectives and performance metrics.These responsibilities emphasize the proactive, strategic, and dynamic aspects of the Sales Coordinator role, requiring a strong focus on lead generation, client engagement, and pipeline management to achieve sales goals.Additional Requirements:Some College2-5 years of verifiable Sales experience, Contract security preferredProven ability to achieve sales targetsExcellent organization, oral, and written communication skillsWell-versed in using a computer, data entryPosition SummaryThe Sales Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, directing and managing all day-to-day sales and client retention activities of the Franchise. The coordinator will assist the Director in maintaining a healthy growing franchise through sales and client retention. Sales Coordinator must exhibit good customer service skills while working with clients and prospects in numerous business portfolios.
