Description
  • Utilizing Salesforce, RigDig and other resources this individual will create and organize territory lists for all Stoughton Territories. Territory lists will include customers and competing dealership information. To include name, address, contact information, company information, etc.
  • Complete customer and prospect profiles with verifiable data already gathered, including previous customer products used.
  • Share with Territory Reps add comments from territory reps and incorporate into existing territory plans.
  • Participate in external sales calling activities. Including regional trade shows, open houses, and customer events.
  • Identify 80's and 20's customers based on most recent data and prospecting.
  • Lead document retention for Dealer and Direct channels via Salesforce.
  • Develop interview guide and sales script for calling efforts with input from Sales reps and sales managers.
  • Be familiar with all products offered by Stoughton Trailers, Stoughton Rental and Lease and STAC.
  • Become proficient in reviewing requests from customers for quotes in order to price and communicate back to the customer general ideas for optimizing builds based on their needs.
  • Will be responsible for gathering information on dealer sales and warranty reports.
  • Follow up with leads from prospecting, referrals, advertising, or any source to conduct initial qualification screening. Determine if there is a potential fit, and if so, connect with the internal STAC, SR&L, or Stoughton Trailers Sales personnel.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, community management internal systems, product management and account management to facilitate new programs, messages, campaigns and offerings.
  • Provide feedback to others in department related to information prospects share that could be helpful in advertising/marketing as well as our overall programs.

Qualifications

  • Education:
    • Minimum of Associates Degree in applicable field, 4-year degree strongly preferred.
  • Experience:
    • Five or more years in some type of sales function. Preferably something with substantial phone and email communication.
  • Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
    • Preferred advanced knowledge in Salesforce
