Job Description:
Professional Sports Publications is seeking a self-motivated copy editor to join a growing editorial team that produces a wide range of industry-focused trade publications (e.g. shipping and transportation magazines) and high school sports yearbooks. This will be a full-time, in-person position based out of our Manhattan office.
Were looking for a team player who is eager to work one-on-one with writers and enjoys the challenge of perfecting copy for print. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in publications with a strong understanding of AP Style and the ability to edit with speed and efficiency.
The copy editor will work closely with the Editors and Associate Editors to ensure quality assurance across all projects.
