Job DescriptionA Day in the Life:We are seeking a talented and creative Copywriter in Marketing to join our dynamic in-house creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for writing clear, compelling, and engaging copy across all marketing channels, including CRM, Paid ads, and more. The starting salary for this role is $55K; commensurate with experience.What You'll Do:
- Write persuasive, high-quality copy for a variety of marketing channels.
- Develop and maintain a consistent, engaging brand voice that reflects our values and resonates with our audience.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing team, and other stakeholders to align messaging with campaign goals and business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with other members of the creative team to ensure final deliverables are on-brand and impactful.
- Stay updated on marketing trends, industry best practices, and competitors' strategies to continuously improve content quality.
- Adapt writing style to fit various platforms, audiences, and campaign goals.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, English, journalism or related field.
- 2-4 years of professional copywriting experience, preferably within a marketing department or agency.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of copy across different media.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing tight deadlines.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- A passion for storytelling, creativity, and driving results through impactful copy.
- Flexible and adaptable; ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to keep a positive attitude in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to see the big picture and leverage critical thinking and decision-making skills.
- Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization skills.
