Summary: The selected candidate will focus on development and revision of marketing communications, collaborating with product marketers, designers, and other stakeholders to drive brand consistency and quality control across multiple product lines. Their work will impact every marketing channel and medium, from print to web to video. They'll be expected to think strategically, be able to contribute to comprehensive, insight-driven campaigns, collaboratively flesh out ideas, and carry concepts through to execution.Essential Duties:Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Immersing themselves in the brand voice and fundamentals of the assigned product line
- Creating and/or revising high-quality, accurate content for print and digital collateral, emails, web, video and other other writing opportunities to bring it into the brand voice and ensure it adheres to our grammatical and factual standards
- Providing quality control for externally-facing written communications that impact the assigned brand, as opportunities present
- Ensuring the brand voice, positioning, and product messaging are properly represented and differentiated
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Marketing-related field
- 3+ years experience writing for a broad range of media
- Strong portfolio that showcases clarity, accuracy and creativity
- Proven quality control skills, including exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Facility for absorbing and understanding technical concepts. (Note, we are not looking for a technical writer, per se, but the ability to embrace and work with technical concepts is a plus.)
