What You Drive at DTNA General Purpose of the Position: Move, sort, and deliver materials as directed following prescribed practices or instructions. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Receive, identify, and sort core Assist with storage and pulling of core including packaging/labeling Assist with the delivery of materials to production lines as needed Must meet annual training requirements Knowledge You Should Bring Must be capable of repetitive hand manipulation, grasping and supporting power tools Must be able to stand on concrete for entire shift with repetitive bending, stooping, twisting, reaching and lifting up to 50 pounds(with hoist assist). Ability to work in a repetitive motion environment Read, understand and complete documentation Willingness to cross-train throughout the area Ability to collaborate with a team and work independently Ability to work overtime when necessary. Attention to detail & organization skills Ability to operate computer & Microsoft office( excel, word, power point, etc.) Meet quality standards and implement continuous improvement measures Cross-train on other jobs as required Minimum Requirements: Education: High School Diploma/GED Years of Experience: 0 Preferred Education and Experience: Knowledge of parts Previous experience in a manufacturing/inventory setting Computer skills, good understanding of basic MRP fundamentals.
