Very exciting to join a well-respected company where you can continue to grow your career.We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Manager of Corporate Development to lead and support our growth initiatives from our Chicago headquarters. This role will take ownership of the end-to-end acquisition and partnership processes, including deal sourcing, financial valuation, negotiation, and integration planning. The ideal candidate will work closely with senior leadership to identify strategic opportunities, execute high-impact transactions, and help expand the company's footprint to achieve key growth objectives.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic planning efforts to identify and prioritize growth opportunities that align with company goals and long-term strategy.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships, from opportunity identification and due diligence to negotiation, execution, and integration.
  • Develop comprehensive financial models, including discounted cash flow (DCF) and synergy analyses, to support valuations and drive informed decision-making.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for cross-functional teams, ensuring efficient coordination of due diligence, integration planning, and project execution.
  • Prepare and deliver in-depth analyses, M&A updates, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Monitor and evaluate industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity to inform strategic positioning and business decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, strategy consulting, or a related field with a focus on M&A, partnerships, or capital markets.
  • Proven success in leading and executing complex transactions and high-impact strategic initiatives.
  • Strong expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with financial data platforms (e.g., Bloomberg, FactSet, Capital IQ).
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

$130,000-$150,000+ bonus
