JOB TITLE: Corporate Account SpecialistREPORTS TO: VP of Corporate AccountsOVERVIEW OF ROLE: We are seeking a customer-centric individual to help support the Corporate Account Executive Team. In this role, you will work closely with our customers and sales team. To ensure success, this individual should be an analytical thinker who has a passion for sales and customers. The ideal candidate is extremely detailed oriented with exceptional ability to follow through with tasks.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process all corporate account bids to ensure a quality and timely response is achieved. Follow up with bid for closure and update bid log accordingly
- Assist in the contract management negotiation process to ensure that the negotiations are conducted and completed in a timely manner
- Manage and create quarterly business reviews and presentations for use during customer meetings
- Work closely with the customer and pricing teams to create internal RARs (rate adjustment requests)
- Assist with account coding changes by maintaining and updating internal data bases
- Manage the Hammer/Nail process and assist our Operations team with needed information for new opportunities, specifically as it relates to onboarding, contracts, coding, lane analysis, and other related information.
- Work closely with our customers to resolve issues pertaining to service and billing.
- Perform and assist with follow-up that is needed from the Corporate Account team
Job Requirements: REQUIREMENTS:
- Superb communication skills: written and verbal
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong customer service skills with prompt and accurate follow up
- Ability to effectively multi-task on a daily basis
- Attention to detail and ability to learn and absorb material quickly
- Basic math, computing, and reporting skills
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision
- Previous clerical and/or analytical experience in a business atmosphere is preferred
- Ability to work required hours (overtime if applicable) and travel if necessary
