Corporate and Government Relations SpecialistReporting to the corporate and government relations senior manager, the corporate and government relations specialist is responsible for providing exceptional support and service to Family First partners and vendors. This role requires strong customer service skills and attention to detail. The corporate and government relations manager will communicate with corporate partners, state legislators, external vendors, and internally with the Family First team.Job Description:Management of Event Partners:Assist in building and maintaining relationships with corporate partners.Communicate clearly with existing partners regarding all details related to their sponsorship of the All-Pro Dad Experience.Work to coordinate the fulfillment of all contractual obligations associated with an existing partner's sponsorship.Collaborate closely with Family First's events, donor events, and marketing team to achieve all deliverables.Research and identify potential partners, key decision-makers, industry contacts, and new opportunities in target markets.Participate in planning for and attending meetings with potential partners as needed.Management of Digital Partners:Assist in building and maintaining relationships with corporate partners.Communicate clearly with existing partners regarding all details related to their promotion on Family First channels.Work to coordinate the fulfillment of all contractual obligations associated with an existing partner's promotion on Family First channels.Collaborate closely with Family First's marketing team to achieve all deliverables.Manage inbound sales prospects by researching and qualifying leads.Research and identify potential partners, key decision-makers, industry contacts, and new opportunities.Participate in planning for and attending meetings with potential partners as needed.Management of Government Partners:Assist in building and maintaining relationships with state legislators in key states.Provide support in securing and maintaining state funding.Keep track of current events and government initiatives that may affect state funding.Manage sales strategy and promotional campaigns for the Family First specialty license plate in Florida, Indiana, and Texas. Includes digital marketing, traditional marketing, and partnerships with county tax collectors.Track monthly revenue goals for the Family First specialty license plate in Florida, Indiana, and Texas.Identify new states and processes for the introduction of the Family First license plate.Administrative Duties:Execute contracts, process invoices, and ensure payment from corporate partners and donor events.Schedule in-person meetings, Zoom meetings, and phone calls for the corporate and government relations senior manager.Make travel arrangements for the corporate and government relations senior manager.Input information from meetings into Family First CRM.Handle all in-office administrative tasks for the corporate and government relations senior manager.Partner with the Development Business Manager on all donor event details, deliverables, set up, and contract execution for a successful fundraising experience.Location: Must work at Family First office in Tampa, FL.Family First5509 W Gray St. Suite 100Tampa, FL 33609#J-18808-Ljbffr
