M&A Associates - New York
Our client is a major international firm, seeking mid-senior level associates for its M&A practice in New York. The salary range for this position is between $225,000 to $435,000, and will vary depending upon experience level.
Qualifications
- 2-6 years of M&A experience focused on acquisitions, divestitures, mergers and joint ventures, private equity funds, and financial institutions.
- Experience leading on diligence and drafting ancillary agreements.
- Experience drafting primary deal documents and interfacing with the client.
- New York Bar admission.
- Excellent academic credentials.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; team focused.
