About the Role

You'll have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge transactions in innovative industries, providing meaningful counsel and serving directly in an advisory role with clients.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2-3 years of corporate legal experience with a focus on Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A). Exposure to securities or emerging business matters is a plus.
• Credentials: Strong academic background and excellent communication skills.
• Bar Admission: Pennsylvania Bar required.

Compensation:

• Base Salary Range: $225,000–$245,000 annually (actual compensation based on experience, skills, and market factors).
• Additional Benefits: The compensation package includes discretionary bonuses, incentive packages, and firm-sponsored benefits.
