Essential Job Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Supports company goals and respects diversity
- Background in automotive industry required
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with accounting associates and management team
- Proficient on CDK Software System and Excel
- Ability to work in a fast paced, ever growing environment
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ensure proper billing of all vehicles sold from calculating profits, setup receivables/liabilities and calculate sales commissions.
- Process contracts and related vehicle sales documentation, ensuring accuracy
- Research and resolve any discrepancies or problems with billing process
- Incentive Reconciliations
- Support department productivity goals managing incoming phone calls, chat, and email correspondence
- Strong ability to reconcile journal schedules
- Works with integrity and ethically and upholds company/organization values
- Follow company policies and procedures.
- Any other accounting duties assigned by management
