OnlyExperienced Automotive Applicants will be considered for this position.~ Must have Automotive Billing or Accounting Experience As a Billing Clerk you will handle all facets of billing vehicle deals including break down of contracts and packaging of the deal for delivery to the financial institution. Candidate must possess strong organizational skills and have the ability to communicate positively with management staff. Have the drive to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines. Essential Job Requirements and Responsibilities:
  • Supports company goals and respects diversity
  • Background in automotive industry required
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with accounting associates and management team
  • Proficient on CDK Software System and Excel
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, ever growing environment
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ensure proper billing of all vehicles sold from calculating profits, setup receivables/liabilities and calculate sales commissions.
  • Process contracts and related vehicle sales documentation, ensuring accuracy
  • Research and resolve any discrepancies or problems with billing process
  • Incentive Reconciliations
  • Support department productivity goals managing incoming phone calls, chat, and email correspondence
  • Strong ability to reconcile journal schedules
  • Works with integrity and ethically and upholds company/organization values
  • Follow company policies and procedures.
  • Any other accounting duties assigned by management
