Litehouse is seeking a Corporate Communication Specialist to join our team!
As Corporate Communication Specialist at Litehouse you will craft impactful internal and external messaging to strengthen relationships with employees, clients, and communities. From creating branded content and coordinating events to monitoring media and streamlining communication strategies, you'll ensure messages are clear, consistent, and aligned with organizational goals. What you will do
* Coordinates, designs, and implements internal and external communications strategies and programs within the organization.
* Enhances the relations between company and employees, clients, government, or community.
* Evaluates and assists in establishing standard operating procedures.
* Reviews and edits communications submitted for organizational issues.
* Monitors company media and utilizes electronic publishing technology.
* Coordinates delivery of communications to appropriate recipients.
* Works closely with various business departments to ensure messages are delivered clearly and effectively.
* Assists in designing and coordinating company internal communication programs.
* Develops content for internal communication programs that support and reinforce organizational objectives.
* Creates documents and materials that follow organizational standards and branding.
* Supports the planning and execution of trade shows, special events, and conferences to showcase products and amplify messaging.
* Creates consistent themes, messaging, and branding in all corporate communication touch points.
* Sources and develops content and visual collateral for campaigns.
* Tracks projects and prepares status reports for stakeholders.
* Liaises with the media, vendors, and internal sales and product teams.
* Other duties and tasks as assigns.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree Business, Marketing or Related Field or equivalent combination of education/experience required.
* 4+ years Experience in marketing communications, public relations or similar, preferably in consumer-packaged goods space with a track record of delivering business results.
* Previous experience managing & executing corporate-wide communication strategies.
* Previous experience speaking to the public on behalf of an organization desired.

* Strong project management skills including planning, organizing and resource management.
