Job Description:

Job Function: The Corporate Controller is responsible for providing overall strategic and operational direction to the Company's accounting team, working closely with the Chief Financial Officer on the development and execution of potential M&A activity, including due diligence, analysis, and systems integration. The Corporate Controller is responsible for initiatives, policies and procedures within the accounting and finance department. In addition, this individual will drive financial systems development, internal controls, financial audits, reporting, and other accounting functions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The Corporate Controller role requires the ability to function at a broad-based, strategic level while driving detailed, tactical execution cross-functionally. More specifically, the position is tasked with the following:

* Serve as an internal leader responsible for accounting activities, including monthly close process, account reconciliations, cash management, billing, accounts payable and receivable.

* Build, lead, and support the accounting department while developing high-performing team.

* Assist with financial reporting including dashboards and key metrics for the leadership team and Private Equity stakeholders.

* Establish financial policies, practices, and procedures for the Company. Review, update and develop internal control systems and oversee internal audits, providing recommendations for improvement as needed.

* Oversee the Payroll administration.

* Work with the CFO to oversee the annual audit.

* Foster a success-oriented, accountable culture while maintaining a positive working environment.

* Assist in the continuous improvement of all systems and procedures and implement changes and improvements to increase accuracy, control, and timely reporting.

Experience & Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, collaborative individual capable of exercising excellent judgment. A team player who can work under pressure and resolve challenges collaboratively.

* Bachelor's degree in accounting and/or finance, business administration, or a related field.

* CPA

* 10+ years of progressive, related finance and accounting experience in a growing organization, preferably Private Equity backed.

* Extensive experience with manufacturing and cost accounting.

* Supervisory experience is required.

* Strong experience with financial reporting, including dashboards, metrics, and deliverables for Private Equity stakeholders.

* Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to partner with all levels of the organization.

* Ability to plan, lead and assist in managing change.

Working Conditions and Physical Demands:

* Normal office environment - In-Person Full Time (No remote schedule)

* Occasional exposure to manufacturing environment.
