Roles & Responsibilities:
* Own daily and month end accounting and reporting for Real Estate Entities
* Manage fixed asset accounting for the dealership and real estate group
* Manage cash transfers and accounting for monthly debt, lease, and property tax payments
* Process transactions for Management, Other Corporate, and Parent Companies
* Assist with cash reporting and actively manage cash flow, bank reconciliations, etc.
* Assist with treasury functions and intercompany account settlements
* Prepare and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
* Work directly with C-Suite Management on projects and reporting
* Ensure that the accounting records are maintained in an orderly, current, and accurate condition at all times
* Contributes to the overall success of the dealership group by working with all departments collaboratively and professionally with a positive attitude

What You Offer:
* 4 year degree in Accounting or related field
* 3-5 years of professional experience, 1-2 years of CPA experience preferred
* Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
* Strong excel experience including familiarity with lookups and pivot tables
* Sage Intacct and CDK experience preferred
* Multi entity experience is a plus
* High degree of professionalism
* Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material
* Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills
* Ability to communicate with various levels of management
* High level of organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills to effectively meet deadlines
