A growing Fairfield County company, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of a European conglomerate, is looking to hire a corporate counsel with at least 4/5+ years of experience in drafting and structuring commercial agreements. Experience at a law firm or in-house is required and both is preferable. Other job requirements include assisting in managing the real estate portfolio, and overseeing legal matters concerning labor and employment, corporate governance, and privacy law. Our search firm is looking for candidates who have broad based commercial law experience and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Candidates who are looking to transition into this practice area for the first time can t be considered. Total comp package in the mid 100s. The company is located in Northern Fairfield County and requires in office attendance 3 days per week. We will consider relo candidates, but either NY or CT Bar admission or both is necessary.
