Previous experience in SaaS/ Technology/ Fintech or Financial Services preferred, candidates must be accustomed to working in related, highly regulated, environments.Job DescriptionAs Corporate Counsel, you will work directly with the General Counsel. Varied responsibilities include:Corporate Transactions - working with the business to negotiate, structure and draft legal agreements (key corporate transactions including M&A, partnerships, joint ventures).Company Matters - working with Compliance and Finance, ensuring the business is aware of and adheres to current and upcoming regulatory requirements globally.Advising on Intellectual Property best practice.Trusted advisor on corporate litigation and any disputes that might arise.Advise on, draft and develop legal frameworks for the organization's digital asset products/ services.
