STIIIZY, Inc. is seeking a mid-level corporate attorney to provide support on a wide range of day-to-day corporate transactional matters, including (i) mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and other strategic corporate transactions; (ii) reviewing, drafting and negotiation of a broad range of commercial agreements (iii) general corporate governance, including Board support, drafting of consents and minutes, entity management and other related duties; (iv) equity administration, including capitalization table management; and (v) senior loan facility compliance. The Corporate Counsel position will report directly to the General Counsel and the Company's President.
