Job Duties:

• Implement governance policies for the reinsurance division.
• Oversee updates to due diligence documents and compliance protocols.
• Administer the Reinsurance Oversight Committee, managing meetings, agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
• Act as outside counsel on litigation matters.
• Develop contract clauses and standardize reinsurance contract templates.

Requirements

• J.D. from an ABA accredited law school.
• Active membership in the bar of at least one U.S. state.
• 2+ years relevant work experience (insurance industry required and international preferred).
