Exciting opportunity for a Corporate Development professional to join a rapidly scaling Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) company! 🌿 🐮
With multiple biogas plants across the Midwest, they are now looking for a new Associate to work closely with the Director of Corporate Development and his growing team on financial growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own asset and corporate modelling.
- Create internal and board-level presentations.
- Complete in-depth analysis and risk mitigation through M&A, financing and tax credit transaction execution.
- Work cross-functionally across leadership, ops, engineering, legal, accounting etc.
- Help the CFO set finance strategy.
- Develop positive relationships with stakeholders and negotiate commercial relationships with business partners.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance etc.
- Preferred: Master's Degree in Finance, MBA, etc.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in investment banking, private equity or related field.
- Excellent quantitative data analysis, Excel and MS Office.
- Strong critical thinking skills to research and interpret legal/financial consequences.
- Interest in renewable energy and fuels! 🌿
