Summary As the Corporate Development Intern, you will execute a range of advisory related tasks including financial analysis, building and analyzing financial models, and industry research, such as:
  • Developing market and industry research to inform deal sourcing, rationale, and decision-making.
  • Evaluating potential acquisition targets and markets to enhance the deal pipeline.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support integration planning and execution.
Qualifications:
  • Currently enrolled and working toward completion of Bachelor or Graduate degree in business-related field; finance or economics a plus.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0 with a Junior or Senior status.
  • Ability to communicate professionally and interact at a high level with senior management and with a global multi-cultural team based in various countries around the world.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Multilingual a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated interest in Mergers & Acquisitions and/or Energy Industry is a plus.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis, now or in the future, without employer sponsorship for employment visa status.
