To Apply for this Job Click Here Our client, a prominent law firm, is looking for a temporary to permanent Corporate Events Specialist to support their growing team in Washington, DC! Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of event logistics, including creating event timelines, tracking payments, and coordinating with speakers.
- Manage credit coordination, including poll management and tracking for webinars.
- Oversee the creation of event materials and manage room blocks, function space, and AV equipment.
- Handle food and beverage selections, review Banquet Event Orders, and manage attendee communications, including registration, dietary restrictions, and special needs.
- Serve as the virtual and in-person event host, technical lead, and manage on-site setup.
- Post-event tasks: send survey results to speakers, follow up with attendees, maintain electronic filing systems, and summarize event outcomes and expenses.
- Provide support and complete additional tasks/special projects as need. Qualifications:
- 3+ years of relevant corporate events logistics experience.
- A bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office is required, experience with Adobe Suite is preferred.
- Excellent communication, time management, collaboration, and multitasking skills. Position Information:
- $25/hr-$31/hr while temporary
- $60K-$70K when permanent, DOE
- 100% onsite in Washington, DC.
